Field PTO is powered by our dedicated volunteers! Participation in PTO is a wonderful way to get to know the school, staff, students and other parents. There are many different ways to get involved. We encourage you to attend PTO meetings to learn about events and activities that the PTO sponsors.
All volunteers working with students on campus including field trips must register in VIPS, or HISD's Volunteers in Public Schools program. For more information, click here.

Movie Night Volunteers - FRIDAY DECEMBER 13TH!
Family Movie Night is such a special event, where our kids of all ages can play together on the Soccer Field and Playgrounds, and then settle down once the Sun sets and watch a movie on the Big Screen, under the stars with parents, friends, pizza and pocorn!
There will be a table for school Spirit Wear as well!
If we all donate a small shift of our time, we can all enjoy the event that much more with our kiddos! Whether you can help at 7am or 9pm, or sell Popcorn for 30 minutes, there may be a spot that works for you; check it out! Many thanks in advance!

Dollar Dress Friday - FRIDAY DECEMBER 6TH
Every first Friday of the month volunteers are needed to collect $1 and issue stamps to our fashionably dressed students. Volunteers are needed from 7:00am - 7:45am! You must be registered and approved through the VIPS system. This is a fun and easy way to help the PTO raise funds for our Field Lions!

We’ve got awesome programming lined up this month and some of our teaching artists have requested a parent volunteer or two to help get things set up/put away so they can move quickly from session to session. Note the times listed are the class’s ancillary period plus about 10 minutes on each end. Even if you can’t be there for the entirety it will be a great help. No need to only help in your kid’s class/grades—we’d love your time wherever you can spare it! Thanks!
We’d love to have you! Get dirty, have fun, and be a part of the flourishing gardens at Field. No gardening experience? No problem! We have a lot of parents learning. Simple lessons are shared each week to help guide a class of 8-9 students maximum. All supplies are provided.

Campus Improvement Committee
We are looking for volunteers to join our campus improvement committee. We have a mix of indoor and outside activities to help keep Field in top condition for our students!
We also have a Campus Improvement Day every few weekends, where anyone and everyone is welcome to come help clean up our campus!
