Agenda
- Agenda Review & Welcome
- Event Update –
- Spring Gala & Auction
- Given the ongoing pandemic and city requirements, the Executive Committee has opted to postpone the Spring Gala planned for May 16th. The event venue has been advised, and the deposit already paid is able to be used on another event within 1 calendar year.
- The Silent Auction associated to the Spring Gala will also be postponed given the current financial strain and uncertainy faced by our school and community members. At this time, we plan to instead tie the Auction to the 2020 Fall Festivalin hopes of an improved environment. All are encouraged to collect/accept any donations offered as we still plan to have the Auction at some future date.
- Fall Adventure Dash
- We are planning to host Adventure Dash, a “Field Day-based” fundraiser, in the fall. In the past Adventure Dash events have been well coordinated by the vendor as well as profitable with low PTO effort. BEST OF ALL, this event will be FUN and PHYSICAL for our kids.
- Key message: This change in timing will impact our mission to provide for Arts Ancillaries for all grades all year. Our plan is to try and recreate what we had this year, and regroup with the results of our fundraising efforts for a more fulsome spring plan if possible
